It appears anxiety is becoming an experience not only for adults but for young children and adolescents too. Societies pressures, expectations and general living today’s fast and pressured environment makes it difficult to find an inner peace and calm.
Anxiety is a term used to describe feelings of worry, fear and unease. It can be emotional or physical sometimes making it hard to function in our everyday lives.
If you feel you are struggling there are means of support you can access. You can talk with your G.P, consider your diet and fitness routine. Perhaps look at relaxation techniques such as Mindfulness or yoga, or self-help web sites.
